The SHE Network was founded by business owner and social entrepreneur Clare Roberts-Molloy

Noticing a distinct lack of regular women focused networking for both female business owners and professional women in her home town of Wolverhampton, decided to create something different, and just a little bit special!

As the previous Chair of Wolverhampton Women’s Business Forum, and as the founder of the Wolverhampton IWD Conference, Clare knows a thing or two about bringing women together, creating great events and helping develop relationships and collaborations that last while empowering women to realise their potential.

Her vision was to create a space where women feel empowered to pursue their dreams, lead with purpose, and make a positive impact in their respective industries/sectors. As a network of women in business (employed and self-employed), we aim to break barriers, shatter glass ceilings, and redefine what's possible!
